'Heated Rivalry' star Hudson Williams hard launches long-term girlfriend
Sorry, Heated Rivalry fans. Shane Hollander is taken.
In an Instagram story, Canadian actor Hudson Williams confirmed that he's been in a relationship with his girlfriend for quite some time now.
"Happy Valentine’s Day,” he captioned his collage featuring his partner. "With me since my 2000 gold Mazda Protégé smoked and squealed and I had no job.”
Pictures included Williams and the woman sharing tight hugs in front of a mirror and cozying together in bed.
And part of the "hard launch" Valentine's post was Heated Rivalry co-star Connor Storrie sitting next to Williams' girlfriend. The actor is encircled by a red heart, a playful nod to the their relationship in the show.
While Williams has been mum about his love life, he previously responded to rumors of having a "secret girlfriend," as asserted by a podcast.
"You know what, I’ve grown quite unfond of you deuxmoi," he wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post, according to Variety.
Williams and Storie play leads in the viral 2026 HBO TV series Heated Rivalry which centers on hockey players Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov, whose professional rivalry hides a steamy relationship.
In a previous interview with Deadline, Williams discussed fans' interest in their personal lives.
"I think there's never a question for me, when I would dream of becoming in the public eye, that I would want just a level of privacy."
"But of course, I agree. I want queer people telling queer stories, but also, there's the element of Connor and I—we're best friends, and we love expressing that physically. You see people who infer or assume, and you kind of have to let that go. But then again, I never wanna stop expressing the love I have for Connor physically, and I'm never really going to, and I think multiple things can be true at once."
