Maja Salvador shared a heartwarming video of her wedding with Rambo Nuñez, which showed guests turning emotional, especially at the part where they exchanged vows.

The actress posted the video compilation of their wedding ceremonies on YouTube on Monday, Aug. 7. It started with their civil wedding that took place on Valentine’s Day in Manila, followed by their grand ceremony on July 31 in Bali, Indonesia.

The wedding film showed some portions of the couple’s vows to each other, which made them—as well as their guests—shed some tears during the affair.

“14 years ago, we started our relationship as a couple. It didn’t work that time because we had dreams to fulfill individually, for ourselves, and our families. Luckily, 10 years after, destiny has given us another chance to continue what we started,” Rambo told Maja.

Ikaw at ako, wala nang iba,” she assured Rambo.

Rambo promised to be by Maja’s side no matter what, “because we’re always going to be on the same side from now on.”

“I promise to be the best father I never had. I promise that our mother’s dreams to have a complete family will be achieved through us,” Rambo said, breaking into tears.

Rambo was raised by his single mother Marilen, while Maja was raised by her mom Thelma without her dad Ross Rival. In an interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda in May, Maja revealed that it was her dream to know what it feels like to have a father. Maja was able to get to know his dad before he passed away due to prostrate cancer in 2007.

The celebrity pair first got into a relationship in 2010, but called it quits a few months later. They confirmed their rekindled romance in March 2019 and announced their engagement in April 2022.
