‘It took so much patience from you, but here we are’: Bea Alonzo and Dominique Roque mark first anniversary
Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque just celebrated their first anniversary as a couple.
In an Instagram post, Alonzo briefly looked back on their romance-filled 12 months. “It took so much patience from you, but here we are,” she wrote in the caption, sharing a photo of themselves locked in an embrace. “I have to say, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.”
For his part, Roque posted a quick slideshow of him and the actress with the same view of nature in the background. “Hey Hun… Happy Anniversary… I love you,” he captioned the clip.
Alonzo, who was in a relationship with actor Gerald Anderson until 2019, first sparked dating rumors with Roque in 2020. After months of being spotted together in similar locations, the GMA-7 star confirmed their romance in August 2021, saying it “just came out naturally.”
“It’s not like I was trying to hide it. I think I was just trying to be careful given my past experience. Syempre gusto kong masiguro muna kung saan siya pupunta bago siya gawing official,” she said in an exclusive interview with 24 Oras.
“I am happy na everything’s so right, and everything is being celebrated,” she later added.
