She's a handful! Heidi Klum is a severed hand this Halloween

You've got to hand it to Heidi Klum, as the "Queen of Halloween" went all out once again for her costume—this time, showing up as a giant severed hand.

Klum unveiled her gory costume during her annual star-studded Halloween party on Oct. 31. True to her knack for going for over-the-top and unexpected getups, the supermodel transformed herself into a life-sized replica of her own left hand, complete with long red nails, visible veins, and rings—including her engagement ring and wedding band.

She also made sure to add her finger tattoo reading “Tom” in honor of her husband, Tom Kaulitz.

During her arrival, Klum was seen emerging from a truck accompanied by performers dressed in blood-stained hazmat suits.

In an interview with E! News, Klum shared that the inspiration for her costume was simple: "I looked at my hand, and I was thinking, 'How can I fit my body into this hand? There must be a way."

"And we found a way to put my body into a hand because if you look at your hand, I'm like, you know, two legs could fit into fingers and the body in my palm. And it did work," she added.

Klum said she had already decided to dress up as a severed hand for this year’s Halloween while she was working on last year’s Medusa costume.

She had to allot a total of six hours to get ready with help from her team of artists, who have spent months preparing her costume.

When asked what her plans are for her next Halloween costume, she said, "I don't have anything for next year. Any recommendations for next year?"

Since launching her annual Halloween party tradition in 2000, she has become known for her elaborate transformations, often involving hours of makeup, prosthetics, and intricate costume designs.

Some of the looks she took on include Jessica Rabbit, Princess Fiona, a giant earthworm, a peacock, E.T., Medusa, and more.
