Professional astrologer Monica Morales of OM.MNL told PhilSTAR L!fe that even our love lives could get spooky. Which zodiac signs are most likely to vanish without a word, and which ones are more likely to find themselves waiting for a reply that never comes?

Scorpios are known for being mysterious, private, and extremely selective about who they let into their inner world. When something doesn’t feel right, they may choose to quietly withdraw instead of explain themselves.
“They’ll disappear without a trace, but like Joe Goldberg in You, they’ve probably investigated your entire life before you even noticed they were gone,” Morales told L!fe.
Libra
“A Libra will charm you like an engkanto, then ghost you so politely you’ll end up apologizing for disturbing them,” she said.
Libras love keeping the peace, but that doesn't mean it's always a positive thing. They aren't always comfortable with difficult conversations or confrontation, so instead of telling you directly that they've lost interest in you, they might slowly pull away and simply hope you get the hint.
Sagittarius
We all know that Sags love adventure, and they don't like feeling tied down. They can be all in when something excites them, but once the spark is gone or they start looking for something new, they might be tempted to just disappear without an explanation.
“One minute they’re planning your next adventure, the next they’ve pulled a tikbalang, galloped off, and left you lost in the woods while they go exploring with someone else,” Morales continued.
Leo
Leos enjoy being in the spotlight, and they are very much into grand gestures. If they feel like you're not giving them the attention they want, they might just end up ghosting you.
“They’ll make a grand exit worthy of The Exorcist, then haunt you like a poltergeist until you admit you miss them,” the astrologer said.
Gemini
With their curious minds and charm, Geminis can easily find themselves having multiple conversations at once. They love meeting people and keeping things interesting, but it's easy for their attention to shift.
“They have 27 conversations going, and with Mercury retrograde, even they can’t remember which ones they’ve already ghosted,” explained Morales.
Virgo
Do you have a Virgo in your life? They are very analytical and detail-oriented, and it applies even in their relationships. They may overthink again and again whether someone is right for them, and might eventually decide that walking away would be best for them.
“They’ve analyzed your messages, identified 15 red flags, and decided an exorcism would be easier than explaining what’s wrong with you,” the astrology expert said.
Zodiac signs that are most likely to get ghosted
Taurus
Taurus values stability, consistency, and genuine connections. When they're into someone, they are patient and really take their time to get to know them. Loyalty, however, can sometimes mean holding on longer than they should, even when the other person has already gone silent.
“They’ll wait so patiently for a reply that even the White Lady of Balete Drive will eventually tell them to move on,” Morales said.
Aries
Ever had an Aries suitor? You've probably been amazed by how passionate and straightforward they were during courtship. Some people can take advantage of this, but be warned: They don't like playing guessing games.
“Ghost an Aries and you’ll discover that the real horror movie begins when they realize you’ve been ignoring them,” the astrologer said.
Aquarius
When it comes to love, Aquarius wants their personal space. They may choose to keep their distance and embrace their freedom.
According to Morales, Aquarius can come across as emotionally detached and difficult to read even when they genuinely like someone. It's also for this reason that they may end up getting ghosted by their partner.
Cancer
Many people get drawn to Cancers because they're nurturing and sentimental. When they like someone, chances are they can easily imagine you being part of their future, which can be scary to some people.
“They’ve already planned the wedding and named your children, but their future spouse has apparently vanished into the Bermuda Triangle,” per Morales.
Pisces
Pisces are romantic and idealistic. It's easy for them to see the best in people, so they may find it hard to accept when a connection is over. They might end up replaying conversations, looking for hidden meanings, and being "delulu" that there’s still a chance the other person will return.
“They won’t accept they’ve been ghosted until they’ve consulted six tarot readers, eight mediums, and possibly the Vatican.”
Capricorn
Capricorns are practical, disciplined, and big on accountability. They value their time and don't vibe with individuals who are bad at communicating or following through on their commitments.
“They'll give their ghost 24 hours to respond before issuing an eviction notice, complete with screenshots, timestamps, and a notarized affidavit,” said Morales. At first, they may give someone the benefit of the doubt, but then they won't hesitate to draw the line once they've had enough.
Whether you're the ghoster or the ghosted in the fun lists, it's important to keep in mind that your zodiac sign doesn't have to dictate how you handle relationships. Honesty and communication can save everyone from a real-life horror story. And if someone has already gone missing, maybe it’s time to stop looking for their last known location and just move on.
