Maria Corazon Abalos of Mandaluyong wins Best National Costume at MUPH 2021

Mandaluyong City representative Maria Corazon Abalos wins the National Costume competition at the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 held at the Hennan Resort Alona Beach in Bohol.

Abalos’ detailed golden number by fashion designer Joji Aguilar, was inspired by the legend of her city—Manda and Luyong.

The piece was replete with gold accessories and headpiece by Feliz Fashion House.
