Kim Kardashian stuns Paris Fashion Week in daring outfit made out of luxury tape
From all-black to all-yellow.
Kim Kardashian is back with another daring Balenciaga bodysuit. This time, the newly single influencer slayed Paris Fashion Week in nothing but head-to-toe luxury caution tape. You read that right.
The bright yellow tape with "BALENCIAGA' written all over completely covered the star from neck right up to her heels. Even her Balenciaga bag wasn’t spared from the glaring material. A pair of Balenciaga wraparound sunglasses completed the look.
The 41-year-old took to social media to share behind-the-scenes shots of her team crafting the high-concept outfit by literally wrapping her from bottom to top.
In one Instagram story, the star can be seen standing still while they swiftly finished the look with countless rolls of tape.

This wouldn't be the first time that Kim has donned surreal outfits for the brand, as she turned heads during the 2021 Met Gala for a full-black skintight bodysuit that made her look almost unrecognizable.
With the recent Met Gala theme of "In America: A Lexicon of Fashion," Kim joked on Instagram: "What’s more American than a T-shirt head to toe?!"
So, what does it look like in real life? Fashion critic Vanessa Friedman Tweeted a photo of Kim in the Balenciaga show and shared that she “makes a sticky tape-y sound when she walks.”
Kim also apparently told Friedman: "I’m scared it’s going to rip when I sit down. Should I just let it rip?" Luckily, the strong tape didn’t cause any wardrobe malfunctions for the star.
After the show, Kim shared that she kept the entire piece for her archive. "I kept my look from the Balenciaga shoot and I literally had to have them cut it off me… It’s still intact with the boots and the bag and everything."
If she's looking to recreate the look, the stylists also gave Kim her own yellow rolls of tape.
