Walton Goggins' wife speaks out on affair rumors with 'The White Lotus' co-star Aimee Lou Wood

Walton Goggins' wife Nadia Conners has shared her reaction to the romance rumors surrounding her husband and his The White Lotus co-star Aimee Lou Wood. 

Nadia commented on the speculated affair between her partner and Aimee, noting that while it's "odd to see," she understands that such rumors come with his job as an actor. 

"It’s odd to see it, but it’s an indication of how much people were invested in the fictional characters,” the Uninvited director said in an interview with Hello! Magazine. “I take it as a sign that he’s become quite popular.”

Walton and Aimee, who played the couple Rick and Chelsea in the third season of the series, sparked dating rumors when the former compared their off-screen bond to their characters.

“We both became enmeshed in each other the way that Rick and Chelsea are,” he told PEOPLE Magazine in February. “So I think the world of her.”

However, there were also speculations that he and Aimee had a feud when eagle-eyed social media users noticed that they were no longer following each other on Instagram after the airing of the series finale. 

They also did not tag each other on their respective Instagram posts when they paid tribute to their White Lotus characters. Walton, referring to Rick and Chelsea's journey as “a love story," thanked Aimee for being his partner on the show. He described it as "a journey I will never forget."

Aimee, for her part, posted a photo of them together as Rick and Chelsea, and captioned the post, “The perfect storm."

In May, Walton refused to comment on the rift rumors between them in an interview, saying, “I’m not gonna have that conversation."

In a separate interview, he said, "There is no conversation to be had about that. Sharing politics on social media—it’s in a vacuum.”

A few days after the interview, they began following each other again on Instagram. There were also reports that they might star again in a new project.
