GALLERY: Meet the 40 candidates of Binibining Pilipinas 2024
After months of preparation and screening process, 40 ladies made it to the “diamond” batch to vie for a Binibining Pilipinas crown.
On April 6, The Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) revealed the 40 hopefuls who will compete at the 60th edition of one of the most prestigious pageants in the country.
The Top 40 applicants showcased their beauty and wit during the final closed-door screening on Friday, April 5 at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City. The selection committee was composed of reigning Binibining Pilipinas 2023 queens and the BPCI Executive Committee.

Among the returning candidates are Shaira Rona who joined the pageant in 2020 as well as Miss Laguna Trisha Martinez who previously won the Best Evening gown and was among the Top 11 finalists in last year’s competition.
Familiar faces in the pageantry also include Zeneth Khan who was among the Top 20 finalists from Miss Philippines Earth 2021; Vienne Feucht who landed as the first runner-up in Miss Bikini PH 2022; and Phoebe Godinez who reigned as the Hiyas ng Pilipinas-Tourism Queen International in 2022.
This competition marks the 60th anniversary of the country's first major national beauty pageant since its establishment in 1964.
The newest batch of binibinis will vie for three crowns representing the Philippines in international tilts, including Miss International, Miss Intercontinental, and Miss Globe.
The winners of this year's pageant will be crowned by Binibining Pilipinas International Angelica Lopez and Binibining Pilipinas Globe Anna Lakrini. More details, including the date and venue of the coronation night, are yet to be announced.
