Bea Alonzo spills her dream wedding and why she might not have it
While celebrity weddings have long been celebrated for being grand and star-studded, soon-to-be bride Bea Alonzo wants to keep hers rather low-key.
The Kapuso star revealed her dream wedding in her recent YouTube vlog, titled “TIPSY Q&A! (#AskBea Late Night Edition)," where she answered questions from fans about her life and upcoming wedding with Dominique Roque.
One of the questions sent to the actress was whether she would rather have a local or destination wedding, to which Bea admitted they had not yet started planning their big day.
The actress went on to reveal that ever since she was a little girl, she had always dreamt of having an intimate wedding. However, she and her husband-to-be might not make it so.
“Gusto ko talaga intimate wedding, pero pag nag-iisip kami ni Dom ng guest list pa lang parang ang dami pala naming friends,” she said.
Bea explained that Dominique is an extrovert and has a lot of friends. She, on the other hand, keeps her circle small, but also has a number of acquaintances.
"Ang dami niya talagang friends, as in ang dami niyang group of friends. And ako, I have a small circle of friends, but outside of that circle, ang dami ko ding friends, ang dami kong acquaintances, ang dami ko ding nakatrabaho kasi I've been in this business for 22 years. Ang hirap niya talagang i-dilute into a very small number," she continued.
“One thing I am sure about is that it’s going to be amazing because I’m going to be marrying the love of my life,” she added.
When asked about their possible wedding date, Bea said, “Wala pa kaming date, but hopefully it’s going to be next year, kasi ayaw rin naman namin ng very long engagement.”
Apart from her wedding, the 35-year-old star is looking forward to spending the rest of her life with Dominique. Asked where she sees herself in 10 years, Bea answered, “Sana may mga cute kids na ako, ‘little Doms’ and ‘little Beas.'"
She said she wants her businesses to boom, go to the Cannes Film Festival, receive and receive an Oscar award.
"Sana matupad ko pa yung dreams ko for myself and my future family," she added.
Last July 18, the couple announced that they have “decided on forever” when Dominique proposed to her during a photoshoot.
