Dingdong Dantes is one proud husband to his wife Marian Rivera, who became a trending topic after she translated a question from Tagalog to English at Century Tuna Superbods 2024.

In an Instagram post on July 10, the actor shared his reaction to his wife's viral moment that took place at the recently concluded tilt.

"Hindi lang ang iyong panlabas na kagandahan ang nagningning kagabi," he said, "kundi pati na rin ang natural mong talento sa pagpapasaya at pagpukaw sa puso ng mga Pilipino."

"Isang masigabong palakpak para sa iyo, Misis ko," he added.

Dantes then added a postscript referencing Rivera's viral moment.

"Di kailangang i-translate sa ingles, gets niyo na ‘to," he said with a winking face emoji.

In the comments section, Rivera acknowledged her husband's kind words.

"Love you mahal ko. Sa susunod ikaw na tatawagan ko para mag translate!" she said, adding a squinting face with tongue emoji.

Rivera, who was one of the judges at this year's Century Tuna Superbods event, asked contestant and eventual grand winner Jether Palomo about the growth of his social media followers after becoming a finalist for the competition.

"Paano mo gagamitin ang opportunity na ito kahit natapos na ang competition na ito?" Rivera asked Palomo, who then requested if he "can get English please."

Rivera said she would try her best and fulfilled his request, drawing laughters and cheers from the crowd—and social media users.
