Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera celebrated their nearly decade-long relationship as husband and wife.

On their respective Instagram accounts, the celebrity couple penned some sweet to each other as they marked their ninth wedding anniversary. The pair tied the knot on Dec. 30, 2014 in a lavish wedding held at the Cubao Cathedral in Quezon City.

For his part, Dingdong took the time to reflect on getting to work with the love of his life again for the romance film Rewind, which serves as an official entry to the 49th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).

"It has been a crazy, hectic year for us, as we were both busy with our work—having less time for ourselves. That’s why when we started shooting Rewind, it felt like going on a date every single day, and the bonus became a beautiful film outcome," he wrote.

"Sharing it successfully with millions of people fulfills a mission. Accomplishing this mission alongside you, my wife, is a rare privilege, one that I believe comes once in a lifetime. I am genuinely grateful for this extraordinary experience, which will always hold a special place in my heart," he added.

The actor went on to stress how much he appreciates Marian for everything she does for him and their family.

"On our wedding anniversary, I have nothing but gratitude to you, my Mary, for being the best mom, wife, friend, and leading lady anyone could ever ask for. Happy 9th. Lundagin mo pa, Beybe!" Dingdong wrote, referencing Marian's character in the film.

In response to his sweet message, which was accompanied by a black and white throwback picture of their wedding ceremony, Marian commented, "Love you my best."

On her Instagram page, the actress also delighted her fans with a throwback picture of her and Dingdong clad in their gorgeous wedding attire.

"Siyam na taon ng pagmamahal, tawanan, at walang katapusang pasasalamat. Happy Anniversary mahal, ikaw ang aking walang hanggang biyaya," Marian wrote in the caption.

Dingdong also typed in a sweet reply to her post, saying, "Hanggang sa susunod na habambuhay..."

In the comments section of their posts, many of their celebrity friends took the time to shower them with supportive messages and well wishes for the future.

"Happy anniversary mga inaanak and congratulations for the success of your film. Proud ninong and ninang here," Ogie Alcasid commented.

Mae Cruz-Alviar, the director of their MMFF film, also had some heartwarming words to say to the local stars, "Blessed to have witnessed what an ideal couple you are. Happy 9th anniversary Dingdong and Yan! To many more years of love, peace and happiness!"

Rewind serves as the couple's comeback movie after more than a decade. The last time that they starred in a movie together was 13 years ago in 2010, which was the romantic comedy film You to Me Are Everything.

Their newest project centers on a married couple in a rocky relationship. The story follows the husband's journey to redeem himself from his ill-treatment of his wife, who perished in a car accident, by going back in time before he loses everything.

Marian and Dingdong have two children together: a daughter named Zia and a son named Sixto.
