SEVENTEEN’s Vernon to release solo mixtape 'Black Eye'

Vernon, one of the members of SEVENTEEN, is set to make his solo debut with a mixtape titled Black Eye. The iconic group announced the news in a tweet on Friday, Dec. 15, adding that it's slated for a Dec. 23 release.

The Korean-American member is one of the main rappers of the group, which debuted in 2015 with an EP titled 17 Carat. It landed on the ninth spot in Billboard’s World Albums a week from its debut date, and lasted for 11 weeks on the charts.
The K-pop boy group is set to return to the Philippine stage on Saturday, Dec. 17 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, just a few months after their sold-out two-day Manila concert as part of their Be The Sun World Tour.
SEVENTEEN consists of 13 members: S.Coups, Mingyu, Wonwoo, Vernon, Woozi, Joshua, DK, Jeonghan, Seungkwan, Hoshi, The8, Dino, and Jun.
