In a separate poster, the group also announced the schedule for its pop-up store in different cities in the world.
As for the Philippines, BTS’ chosen venue is SM Mall of Asia, and its store will be open from May 24 to June 30.
Other stops include Tokyo (from May 3 to 26), Jakarta (from May 9 to June 23), Bangkok (from May 10 to June 23), and Los Angeles (from May 16 to 27).
It’s not the first time for the group to bring a pop-up store to the country. In 2021 and 2022, BTS opened its Map of the Soul and Space of BTS stores at SM Megamall, respectively.
BTS—comprising RM, Jin, Suga, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—is widely considered South Korea's biggest-ever cultural phenomenon, selling out stadiums worldwide, dominating the charts, raking in billions, and building a global legion of fans known as ARMY.
The group members are fulfilling their respective military services.
South Korea requires all able-bodied men to serve at least 18 months in the military as part of its efforts to guard against North Korea.
Jin was the first BTS member to enlist in the military in December 2022. J-Hope and Suga followed suit in April and September 2023, respectively. Jung Kook, V, Jimin, and RM all enlisted by the end of 2023.
BTS is expected to make a full group comeback in 2025.
