Yassi Pressman admits she and Luigi Villafuerte are 'getting to know each other more'
Yassi Pressman has revealed the real score between her and Camarines Sur Governor Luigi Villafuerte.
In an interview with 24 Oras on Thursday, Aug. 24, the 28-year-old actress said that, unknown to many, she and Villafuerte had known each other years before they started making headlines.
"Me and Luigi have known each other for a very long time, parang 10 years na kaming magkakilala,” she began, but remaining tight-lipped to expound the current status of their relationship.
“So now we're spending more time together and getting to know each other more," she added.
Yassi was spotted at Gov. Luigi’s official events in their municipality, where they are seen holding hands or giving each other a kiss on the cheek.
“Bilang tao, meron pa rin pong mga bagay na we wanted to keep private. Pero OK lang—me and the people involved, lahat kami maayos at nag-uusap pa rin kami hanggang ngayon,” the Kurdapya star said.
Meanwhile, Yassi also got linked with another politician, Ilocos Norte's 1st district rep. Sandro Marcos, after she they were spotted “being cozy” with each other at a private event. Yassi has denied the dating rumors.
“‘Yung mga nakikita ko po (na balita) kay Sandro [Marcos], hindi po ‘yun totoo at all. Tawang-tawa nga po kami,” she said. “Nalagyan lang po ng malisya dahil na-slow mo, [at] nalagyan ng music,” she added.
Prior to these dating rumors, Yassi was in a relationship with businessman Jon Semira. The couple went Instagram official in July of last year, as the actress greeted her former lover on his birthday.
They called it quits in August of this year, with Semira confirming that no third party was involved in their breakup.
