The girl group was included in the Weekend Two lineup of the music festival that resumed after a two-year hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The hashtag #aespaLiveAtCoachella became a trending topic on Twitter, with almost 400,000 tweets as of this writing.

Aespa, which consists of Karina, Winter, Giselle, and Ningning, debuted in November 2020 under SM Entertainment.
