BTS announces March comeback

It is indeed a happy New Year for ARMYs!

Big Hit Music has officially confirmed that BTS will return as a full group on March 20, releasing their first complete album in nearly four years.

The excitement doesn't stop there; the agency also announced a massive world tour to follow the release.

Before this, BTS sent handwritten letters to lucky fans as they celebrated the New Year. The letter had “2026.3.20” written on it, somehow teasing their comeback date.

In it, RM wrote, “No one has awaited the comeback more eagerly than us,” while Jin said he is "grateful" for their fans' patience.

J-Hope shared that what the group has been planning “is finally becoming a reality.”

Jimin said, “The year we meet has arrived.”

“Let’s enjoy and love each other this year too,” wrote Suga.

“We’ll create more precious memories in 2026, so please look forward to it,” wrote V, while Jung Kook added, “I miss you! I hope for your support this year too.”

BTS has been on a self-described "hiatus" since 2022 as its members undertook the mandatory military service.

Suga was the final member to complete his duties in June 2025.
