Calvin Harris, Vick Hope exchange 'I do's' in a romantic wedding in England
Superstar DJ Calvin Harris and Radio 1's Host Vick Hope finally tied the knot over the weekend in Northeast England.
A source confirmed to Page Six that the two exchanged their "I do's" in front of family and friends on the sprawling grounds of Hulne Priory in Northumberland, England, and said that Harris-Hope's wedding "was a day none of their guests will ever forget."
An insider also said that the newlyweds “didn’t stop smiling” all day while noting how emotional the marriage ceremony especially when the two exchanged their vows.
“Their vows were really emotional and the marriage ceremony included poems like Ernest Hemingway’s ‘If There’s Empty Spaces In Your Heart’ and Lori Eberhai’s ‘Devoted,” the insider said.
"Calvin and Vick are so clearly madly in love. It was a truly beautiful day." the source added.
The ceremony took place outside while the wedding reception was held in a tent decorated with lavish greens and floral decorations.
In a report by The Sun UK, the wedding was graced by A-list performers and celebrity guests including Nile Rodgers and his band Chicto who played for the audience, AJ Odudu, the presenter of the British version of Big Brother, Scott Mills, Vernon Kay, and Jordan North of BBC radio.
In 2022, the 33-year-old TV and radio presenter was first spotted with an Emerald-cut diamond engagement ring in May 2022 at the Chelsea Flower Show in London, which she attended with Calvin.
Later on, she revealed to Hello Magazine in the same year that she wanted to keep the information private when asked by the publication if Calvin had already set a wedding date.
"You know what, I was very overwhelmed by the interest in it, but I'm keeping my private life private. I've never really experienced this before about my private life, but it's just for us," she said.
Calvin previously dated Aarika Wolf on and off from 2015 to 2021. He also dated Taylor Swift between 2015 and 2016.
Meanwhile, Vick was previously in a relationship with English actor Tom Rosenthal, which ended in November 2017.
Calvin and Vick got engaged in 2022 when the 39-year-old Scottish DJ popped the question under his favorite tree on his farm, Terra Masia in Ibiza.
