Here's where you can find Liza Soberano's 'Mahal Kita, Hayop Ka' jersey in 'Forgotten Island' MV
Liza Soberano gave fans plenty to talk about in the music video of BRB, a song from the soundtrack of her upcoming animated film Forgotten Island, and one of them was her eye-catching sheer jersey.
BRB is performed by Soberano and Filipino-American singer-songwriter H.E.R., the two stars who lent their voices to the film’s lead characters, Raissa and Jo, respectively.
The music video saw the duo showcasing Filipino culture as they explore Metro Manila, through riding jeepneys and tricycles, enjoying dirty ice cream from a street vendor, eating sinigang, and more.
In many of the scenes, Soberano rocked a sheer, cropped white jersey top layered over a simple black tank, paired with baggy navy pants, sleek black shades, and minimal jewelry.
But instead of the usual mesh, it’s detailed with delicate floral lace patterns, featuring the country code "63" on the front along with the taglines: “Mahal Kita” on the chest, and a bold “Hayop Ka” blasted across the back.
Where did she get it? The jersey was created by homegrown brand Glorious Dias, which is known for its signature “Mahal Kita, Hayop Ka” phrase in many of their works.
Apart from white, the jersey is available in green and yellow. A version with sleeves is also available.
Aside from lace, Glorious Dias also has the same design in other retro fabrics—like breathable vintage mesh or upcycled paisley handkerchiefs.
Glorious Dias can be found at HUB Make Lab in Escolta, Manila and Common Room PH in Rockwell and The Atrium of Makati.
You can buy the lace jersey for P1,969 at Common Room PH.
