IN PHOTOS: Meet the Miss World 2021 candidates
Miss World 2021 is on its road to the finale and the organization just released another set of headshots.
After a year of virtual events, the organization will be back live after its 2020 run was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 97 candidates will compete for the title this year, and the winner will succeed Jamaica's Toni-Ann Singh.
A day before the supposed coronation night on Dec. 17 (Philippine time), the Miss World Organization released the headshots of the finalists, who wore bright-colored dresses. However, the pageant night was temporarily postponed hours before the event after some tested positive and were exposed to coronavirus. The coronation night will be rescheduled "within 90 days" said the Organization.
