KALARÔ: A new pickleball court for fun games, community opens in QC
There's a new playground for pickleball newbies and pros in Quezon City.
KALARÔ, a new pickleball complex in Quezon City, had a soft opening on May 23, welcoming players through limited bookings until May 31.
This new pickleball court boasts facilities including five US-standard courts with full standard clearances, an air-conditioned grooming room with restrooms and shower areas, a loft space for hanging out, and select free parking slots.
KALARÔ was founded by a close-knit family and friends passionate about the trending game. Coming from different backgrounds, they started playing pickleball in 2025 for fun until it became an important activity in their daily lives. However, they struggled to find a facility with proper courts nearby.
One of them knew a spot where they could create courts. Thus, KALARÔ was born. It didn't just become a playground for the founders, but also for their local community.
Court rates are P650 per hour on weekdays and P750 per hour on weekends and holidays. There is also a P100 access pass per head per day.
They provide complimentary hot and cold drinking water for players, with additional beverages and quick bites to be offered soon by their partner café.
There are still available slots until May 31. To reserve a slot, follow and message KALARÔ at @hello.kalaro for instructions on booking a slot.
KALARÔ is located at No. 3 1st Street, Brgy. Valencia, New Manila, Quezon City.
