These are PH's top employers, per TIME's Asia-Pacific Best Employers of 2027
Nineteen Philippine companies made it to the list of TIME's Asia-Pacific Best Employers of 2027.
Assessed by TIME and Statista, the region's 500 firms that landed on the list were picked from an initial pool of over 7,000 of "Asia-Pacific's largest and most influential companies," per TIME. Each of the companies was put through a three-step evaluation process, which trimmed the list down to 500.
The firms had to have at least 1,000 employees based in the Asia-Pacific region with operational sites in at least two markets in the Philippines, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, China, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Pharmaceutical and healthcare company Unilab led the Philippine contingent in the 24th spot. The rest of the conglomerates on the list are involved in the real estate, banking, F&B, transportation, telecommunications, and media industries.
