MRT-3 to halt operations during Holy Week
Staying in Metro Manila for the Holy Week?
Heads up, commuters! The MRT-3 will be suspending operations from April 2 to 5 for its Holy Week maintenance activities.
In an advisory, the MRT-3 said that this is to ensure the safety of passengers.
Trains will still be available from March 30, Monday to April 1, Wednesday.
Operations will resume on April 6.
Other train lines like the LRT-1, LRT-2, and PNR have yet to announce their schedules for Holy Week.
The Holy Week is the Christian church's time of devotion to the Passion of Jesus Christ, with Maundy Thursday and Good Friday serving as official holidays.
