Here's where to donate for Typhoon Karding's victims and affected communities
Typhoon Karding (International name: Noru) entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Sunday, Sept. 25 and bared down on Luzon, affecting families who had to be evacuated and flooding communities during its landfall.
Though the typhoon weakened during its descent, a number of Filipino families have since been affected by the typhoon.
If you have the means to spare, here's a running list of organizations and donation drives where you can help out.
Philippine Red Cross
The non-profit and donor-funded organization has been currently sending out food drives, rescue vehicles, and relief operations for Karding's affected communities, such as in Quezon City, Manila, and Lucena.
You may send in monetary donations through their bank account and QR code channels here.
