Alethea Ambrosio travels to Poland for Miss Supranational 2024
Miss Philippines Alethea Ambrosio is off to Krakow, Poland for the upcoming Miss Supranational pageant.
The beauty queen shared photos of her at the airport as she geared up for her travels.
"This journey has been a whirlwind of emotions, but I'm ready to embrace this incredible opportunity and showcase the beauty, strength, and resilience of the Filipina spirit," Alethea wrote on Instagram.
"I can't wait to connect with all the amazing women from around the world. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. Your love and encouragement mean the world to me," she added.
In the comments section of her post, Alethea has local beauty queens like Pauline Amelinckx and Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Chelsea Manalo cheering her on.
"Let's do this, Philippines! you got this, [Alethea]," Pauline said.
"Good [luck], praying for you," added Chelsea.
The 15th edition of Miss Supranational will be held on July 6, with Ecuador's Andrea Aguilera crowning her successor.
In the 2023 iteration of the pageant, Pauline Amelinckx finished as first runner-up.
Alethea won the Miss Philippines crown in October 2023, besting 20 other aspirants for the crown. She was named as the country's representative to Miss Supranational in February 2024.
