SB19's Stell won't be able to perform at Regine Velasquez's concert; organizer offers refunds

P-pop sensation SB19's Stell—who was scheduled to perform at the Feb. 21 show of Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez's concert series—will no longer be able to join due to a scheduling conflict.

On Facebook, Velasquez shared her management iMusic Entertainment's letter to the attendees of her upcoming show RESET.

"This unforeseen issue arose from a miscommunication by our production manager," Cacai Mitra said. "Unfortunately, we were unaware of this situation at the time of the press conference and announcement. It was only afterward that all parties involved were able to resolve the misunderstanding regarding the scheduled guest appearance."

iMusic noted that like Velasquez and Stell's fans, they are "equally saddened by this unexpected change."

"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause," it added.

iMusic said it will offer refunds to fans. Only tickets purchased from the time of the press conference announcements in 2024 to Jan. 15 are eligible for a refund.

In another post, Velasquez shared the refund mechanics from Ticketworld.

On Instagram, she also shared the iMusic letter with the caption, "Well I’m a little disappointed but see you guys."

RESET will be held on Feb. 14 to 15, and on Feb. 21 to 22 at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Makati City.

Ticket prices range from P1,500 (Upperbox 2) to P12,000 (Platinum). Platinum buyers will have a meet-and-greet session with Velasquez on Feb. 16 and 23.
