It's time to play the music. It's time to light the lights.

Disney Plus has just announced that all five seasons of the Jim Henson variety series The Muppet Show will be heading to the streaming service on Feb. 19. According to Disney, this includes the fourth and fifth seasons, which have "never previously been released on home entertainment."

"All five seasons of The Muppet Show are coming to Disney Plus. Start streaming the classic series from @TheMuppets on February 19," the streaming service posted on their Twitter account Tuesday (Jan. 19).

The Muppets, an ensemble cast of puppet characters popularized in kid's television series Sesame Street, are among the most beloved and recognizable characters in the Disney IP library.

Created by Jim Henson, The Muppet Show stars Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, the Swedish Chef, hecklers Statler and Waldorf, and more in a groundbreaking twist on the classic variety show, blending original songs, family-friendly sketch comedy, and guest stars.

The series originated as two pilot episodes produced by Henson for ABC in 1974 and 1975, respectively. A total of five seasons of the half-hour variety show, totalling 120 episodes, were originally aired from 1976 to 1981. During the life of the classic series, The Muppet Show welcomed notable guest stars including Steve Martin, Elton John, Liza Minnelli, Julie Andrews, Diana Ross, Gladys Knight, Gene Kelly and Mark Hamill.

In February 2004, Disney acquired the Muppets, allowing the characters to gain broader public exposure than in previous years. The beloved series joins other Muppets-related content like Disney Plus original Muppets Now on the streaming service, which is also home to films like The Muppet Christmas Carol (1992) and Muppet Treasure Island (1996).

Here's the theme song from the original series to get you in the Muppet state of mind.
