WATCH: Eleven gears for the last fight in 'Stranger Things 5' series finale trailer
Stranger Things' final trailer is here.
In the over-a-minute trailer, the show backtracked on what went down the previous season, from Will's (Noah Schnapp) abduction in the first season, Eleven's (Millie Bobby Brown) lost childhood in the Hawkins Lab, and their adventures with the whole squad.
"I need you to fight, one last time. Life has been so unfair to you; your childhood has been taken from you, you've been attacked, manipulated, by terrible people, but you never let it break you," Jim Hopper (David Harbour) emotionally tells Eleven, who prepares for the fight ahead.
"Fight for the days on the other side of this. Fight for the world beyond Hawkins," he adds.
Eleven’s allies are shown standing their ground, bracing themselves for a confrontation with Vecna (Henry Creel) within the Abyss.
"Let's end this kid," Hopper says.
The upcoming episode is the final installment of Stranger Things 5. Volume 1 premiered in late November, followed by Volume 2 on Christmas Day.
The final episode will premiere in the Philippines on Thursday, Jan. 1, at 9 a.m.
Released in 2016, Stranger Things is set in the quiet town of Hawkins, Indiana, where a series of unsettling and supernatural events expose dark government experiments and supernatural forces from the parallel dimension.
Other cast members include Winona Ryder, Sadie Sink, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Joe Keery, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, and Maya Hawke, among others.
It is currently the top show on Netflix.
