Kim Chiu expresses happiness over seeing Kris Aquino 'in good shape and good health'

Kim Chiu shared some photos from her recent reunion with Kris Aquino, saying that she's happy to see the latter "in good shape and good health."

In an Instagram post on Oct. 21, the Linlang star had a sweet note for the "Queen of All Media" following their first hangout since Kris moved to the United States to undergo treatments for her autoimmune diseases.

"I am super happy to be reunited with my ate @krisaquino. Seeing you after so many years makes my heart [face holding back tears emoji]. I am happy to see you in good shape and good health, praying na magtuloy-tuloy na," she wrote in the caption. 

"Isa pa sa namiss ko 'yung mga chikahan natin and tawanan. Glad that we had that time, ate, kahit sandali lang. Next time, longer na with matching sleepover," she continued. 

Kim also expressed her gratitude to Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste for making her much-awaited reunion with Kris happen.

"Thank you to all your doctors and nurses for taking care of you. Thank you also to sir @markleviste for making this possible. I'm happy to see Kuya Josh also, and hopefully next time, si Bimb naman." 

"I love you so much, ate! Praying for good health and fast recovery. [I] missed you so much, ate," she concluded. 

The multimedia personality posted a short clip of their touching moment on her Instagram page on Oct. 18, saying that Kim turned her gloomy day around with her visit.

"I super appreciate your effort to visit, and even if it was a gloomy day, you were the much needed reminder that after all the storms, we can look forward to a RAINBOW,” Kris wrote.

"All I can say is I love you," she added. 

Kris has been in the US for her tests and procedures for her health since June 2022.
