LOOK: Miley Cyrus goes back to brunette after 10 years
Yay or nay? Miley Cyrus is again sporting brunette hair for the first time in 10 years.
The American superstar debuted her new look in an Instagram post on Monday, Sept. 25 (Philippine time) as she flaunted a red chain bag from Italian fashion house Gucci. Without putting attention to her dark brown locks, she expressed her happiness for designer Sabato De Sarno, who recently unveiled his latest collection for the luxury brand.
"Congratulations on your beautiful debut show as creative director," she wrote in the caption, tagging Gucci and De Sarno.
"Your stunning heart was shown in every sitch. I love you & am so proud," she continued.
"Now give me everything," Miley joked.
The Flowers singer opts for bold hair looks from time to time. From mermaid hair, she went for a platinum pixie cut in 2012 as well as a classic 80s mullet in 2021.
Miley rocked blonde hair for over a decade, and in a previous interview, she revealed it was mainly because of her godmother, singer Dolly Parton. The hitmaker recalled telling Dolly about her plan to change her hair look, but the latter jokingly "acted" like she just heard "the worst news you could imagine."
At the time, she mentioned that she wanted to "do something different" and dye her hair brunette.
