Meet the Filipino vocalists for Disney's 'Frozen in Concert' in November

Filipino artists will take center stage to transport you to the magical world of Arendelle.  

Disney’s Frozen in Concert will feature the voices of Filipino artists bringing your favorite Frozen characters to life, performing hit songs such as Let It Go, For The First Time In Forever, Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?, In Summer, and more on Nov. 16 at 5:00 p.m. and 17 at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater, Circuit Makati.  

Leading the lineup is Gab Pangilinan who will play Elsa. Gab is notable for her roles in stage plays such as Ang Huling El Bimbo, The Last Five Years, and the recently concluded Mula sa Buwan. In 2021, she won Best Leading Female Performance in the Digital Category at the 27th Asian Television Awards for Still (Viu Originals) and has been nominated twice for the Philstage Gawad Buhay Awards for her roles in The Last Five Years (2023) and Mula Sa Buwan (2022). 

Playing her sister Anna is Joreen Bautista, who previously played the alternate Kim in Miss Saigon. She is also known for her Disney song covers on TikTok.

Meanwhile, Prince Hans, one of Anna’s love interests, will be played by Reb Atadero. He has previously performed in stage plays such as Little Shop of Horrors, Rent, and Tick, Tick... Boom!, earning the PHILSTAGE Gawad Buhay Award for Outstanding Male Featured Actor in a Musical. In addition to his theater career, Reb is known for his educational content on YouTube, Spotify, and TikTok.

Laurence Mossman will voice the playful and kind snowman Olaf. Laurence made his theater debut in 2016 with Fun Home alongside Lea Salonga and gained further recognition as Charlie Price in Kinky Boots. He currently stars as Thuy in the 2023-2024 Australian and Asian tour of Miss Saigon.

Joining the star-studded cast is The Filharmonika Orchestra, with Mhaze Lim as the conductor.

Tickets are now available at Ticketworld.com.ph, with prices ranging from P1,999 for the Bulda section to P5,999 for the Elsa section.
