Remember Krystal Reyes, the former child star who starred as the younger Kristal in the hit GMA series Bakekang? She's now engaged to her non-showbiz boyfriend.

The actress recently announced her engagement in an Instagram post, where she shared some photos taken when her partner Lawrence Dela Cruz popped the question. "I’d like to hang out with you for my whole life," she captioned her carousel along with a heart.

Lawrence opted for a romantic sunset proposal in Batanes, with nature serving as the perfect backdrop for their special moment.

Krystal, whose real name is Jolina Marie Reyes, rose to fame with her role in the drama series Bakekang. The show aired on GMA-7 from 2006 to 2007.

Her stint was followed by other acting projects, including My Only Love, Princess Charming, and Mga Mata ni Anghelita in 2007, Awit in 2008, Anna Karenina in 2013, and Healing Hearts in 2015, and more.

Krystal now runs a boutique where she sells clothes and bags. She also has a YouTube channel with almost 100,000 followers.
