The autopsy report of K-pop singer Park Bo Ram has been revealed.

In a report by Korean news outlets Allkpop and Soompi, the Southern Namyangju Police Department suspected the 30-year-old singer's death was caused by acute alcohol poisoning. They also said she was suffering from fatty liver disease and liver lesions.

The report noted that there were no other contributing factors to her death.

Last month, Bo Ram was found unconscious at a friend's house in Seoul. Authorities reported she had been socializing with two other women, and alcohol was involved.

Around 9:55 pm, Bo Ram excused herself to use the restroom but never returned.

Her friends checked on her and found her "slouched over the sink, unconscious," the report said. They performed CPR while waiting for emergency responders to arrive at the house, it added.

Bo Ram's death was first announced in April by her agency, XANADU Entertainment.

The statement read: "We are here to share sorrowful and heartbreaking news. Park Bo Ram suddenly passed away late at night on April 11."

"All of the artists and executives at XANADU Entertainment are deeply mourning the deceased with great sadness. It is even more heartbreaking that we have to tell you this sudden news to all of the fans who support Park Bo Ram," it continued.

Bo Ram rose to fame in 2010 after competing on the South Korean singing competition show Superstar K2. On the show, contestants vied for the judges' and audience's approval by performing a song.
