Streetboys, which rose to fame in the '90s, will hold a reunion concert in November.

ABS-CBN News reported that singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid will produce the show for the iconic Filipino dance group on Nov. 8 at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City. John Prats will serve as the director.

The group—which includes Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Danilo Barios, Spencer Reyes, Meynard Marcellano, Christopher Cruz, Michael Sesmundo, and Joseph de Leon—will relive their glory days and bring nostalgia to fans according to Alcasid.

“Napakaganda," Alcasid said. "I'm happy because the fans are so excited. I came before them but I remember when they were starting."

Other performers will also join the Streetboys on stage, he added.

"They will all fly here, complete… I am so happy that it is happening. All in God’s time," Alcasid said.

Alcasid recalled being in the dressing room and hearing his It's Showtime co-hosts, Hilario and Navarro, telling them that he would produce the concert.

"They thought I was not serious but then I started talking to Direk Chito (Roño)," he said of the group's founder. "Then we had meetings, tuloy-tuloy na. Very exciting."

Roño formed Streetboys in 1993 as a dance troupe and eventually delved into acting in film and television.

They became inactive years later, with Reyes and Sesmundo moving overseas.

Streetboys held a benefit concert in April in celebration of their 31st anniversary.

In a Facebook post that month, they recalled their "humble beginnings on the streets to becoming icons of dance," saying their journey has been filled with passion, perseverance, and plenty of groove."

"Through thick and thin, our unity has been our secret weapon, turning every challenge into a stepping stone to success. Our hardships only fueled our fire, pushing us to dance harder and dream bigger," they said.

"Here's to 31 years of talent that knows no bounds, unity that inspires, and love that keeps us going strong. To our fans who've been with us every step of the way, thank you for making it all worthwhile! Let's keep the dance alive!"
