Anna Grace Phelan, a content creator on TikTok, has died. She was 19 years old.

"It is with great sadness to announce that our beautiful daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ," a message posted by her family on her TikTok account read. "So many of you have followed her journey through a difficult battle with cancer and bore witness to her powerful testimony of faith. Thank you for the countless thousands of prayers for healing and peace."

"May we all rejoice with the assurance that she is in Heaven now, and she has been healed," it added. "Details of the funeral arrangement to follow. God bless her beautiful soul."

Phelan, who has over 150,000 followers and 2.2 million likes on TikTok, documented her cancer battle on the platform.

She first talked about her health condition on Aug. 28, 2024, sharing that she began having symptoms like numbness in the left side of her face and right leg for weeks.

In a Sept. 6 video, Phelan said she was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma, which  is known as the deadliest and most aggressive type of brain cancer.

"This is definitely the hardest news I've ever received by all means," she said. "This is not easy. I'm just going to trust in the Lord and try to keep pushing forward."

Phelan continued using TikTok to share her cancer journey, including the treatments she received.

In one of her last videos posted on May 15, Phelan, who had gained weight and who seemingly struggled opening her eyes and speaking up, said her tumor had grown and was inoperable.

"It would take a miracle to fix me here on Earth," she said, "but I'm not giving up yet."

According to her obituary, Phelan was born on Oct. 12, 2005, in Orlando in Florida. She graduated from Jefferson High School in 2024 and worked as a receptionist at Georgia Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Dermatology.

Phelan is survived by her parents William “Buddy” and Nadine Phelan, a brother, Harper David Phelan, and other family members, including grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on May 29 at the Galilee Christian Church, of which she was a member. It will also be livestreamed on the church's YouTube page.

The obituary states that instead of flowers, Phelan's family is asking for memorial gifts to The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
