Ben&Ben's Miguel Guico ties the knot with his 'mahiwaga' Karelle Bulan
The journey to forever has officially begun for Ben&Ben's Miguel Guico and his girlfriend Karelle Bulan.
The half of the band's twin vocalists shared the news on Instagram on Saturday, Feb. 11.
His post consisted of photos of their church wedding, which was attended by his twin brother Paulo and their bandmates Poch Barretto, Toni Muñoz, Jam Villanueva, Agnes Reoma, Andrew de Pano, Patricia Lasaten, and Keifer Cabugao.
In the caption of his post, Miguel pledged his commitment to stay with his "mahiwaga" for better or for worse.
"Sa hirap at ginhawa, lungkot at ligaya, ikaw ang kasama, ang aking mahiwaga," the musician wrote.
In the band's interview with GMA's Tunay na Buhay back in 2021, Miguel said that he and his girlfriend were about to enter into a long-distance setup.
“Ano kasi siya, medical student,” he said. “So ang nagbabadya soon ay magsa-start na siya ng duty so pagka gano’n, most likely, LDR muna kami pero okay lang ‘yon.”
A year later, the couple celebrated the graduation of Karelle from medical school.
On May 6 of the same year, Miguel sent his now-wife a short but sweet birthday greeting on Twitter, quoting lyrics from their 2020 song Sa Susunod na Habang Buhay.
