Here's why Paris Hilton and her husband have not shown their baby girl's face since she was born

Paris Hilton and her husband, businessman Carter Reum have only been sharing photos of their baby boy and not of their baby daughter since she was born—and people can't help but wonder why.

Just recently, social media users flooded the comments section of Paris' Easter snaps with her 15-month-old son Phoenix, asking where her 4-month-old girl London is and why she and Carter have not posted photos of her yet online.

Carter replied to one of the users, saying they are "not quite ready to share her with the world."

He, however, said that London is "adorable" and that she "looks just like her mamma."

Paris welcomed Phoenix in January 2023 and London in November of the same year via surrogate.

In an interview with SheKnows last year, the reality star talked about how her children have added color to her life.

"These babies have just brought so much love into my life," she said. "My heart feels so full, like it could burst, and every day is like a new adventure. Just seeing—especially with Phoenix—all these new steps, smiling and laughing and dancing. He's the best. They both are."

Gracing the November 2023 cover of Glamour UK, Paris said she opted for in-vitro fertilization because she has always been "scared" of childbirth.

"When I was in [my reality television series] The Simple Life, I had to be in a room when a woman was giving birth and that traumatized me as well. But I want a family so bad, it’s just the physical part of doing it. I’m just so scared… childbirth and death are the two things that scare me more than anything in the world," she said.

The following month, she said surrogacy was a "difficult decision" they had to make.

"I would have loved that experience of growing the baby in your tummy and feeling the kicks and all of those exciting moments, but my life has just been so public. So even though the baby is biologically mine and Carter's, we decided to have a surrogate carry him," she explained.

Paris Carter got married in 2021 after two years of being together.
