LOOK: Kathryn Bernardo stuns in new bikini photos
Looking good, Kathryn Bernardo!
The 27-year-old actress made rounds on social media as she posted a series of photos showing off her bikini body with nature as her backdrop.
"One with nature," the caption read.
Her fans and friends in the showbiz industry flooded the comment section with praise and fire emojis as they pointed out the actress' beauty and figure.
"Ayyy tekaaaaa po," actress Julia Montes commented.
"Best form. How?" broadcast journalist Bernadette Sembrano asked, adding a heart eyes emoji.
"Even the waterfalls couldn’t put out that fire," a social media user commented.
The local star previously shared her fitness habits as she posted some of her home workout selfies on social media at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Ever since the lockdown began, I swore to myself that I will work out at least three times a week to keep my body healthy (and to offset all those junk I eat) especially at a time like this. Thanks to online and Zoom workout classes, I actually ended up working out almost every day!" she wrote.
She also shared some advice for those who were struggling to stay active at the time.
"You just need to find out the right fitness routine for you, and I swear, you’ll enjoy the process along the way. Tip: Start with 15 minutes per day first and adjust it from there based on what your body can handle! There are lots of free ab/full-body workout routines that you can check on YouTube for reference," she explained.
For Kathryn, it's all about keeping the perfect balance between exercising and eating the right food. In a vlog, she shared that she has cheat days, too.
"When I say eating the right food, hindi naman ibig sabihin hindi na masarap. Pwede pa rin," she explained.
"I think the secret lang is do not deprive yourself, but do not overeat," she said. "You have to take care of your health. More than just being physically maganda kapag kumakain ka ng tamang food, it’s really for your health."
Kathryn won the Outstanding Asian Star award at the Seoul International Drama Awards 2023 in South Korea in September. She was recognized for her performance as a nurse named Ali in the hit ABS-CBN series 2 Good 2 Be True.
The Kapamilya star is also among the Pinoy artists who will grace the much-awaited Asia Artist Awards 2023 on Dec. 14 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
