Dominique Cojuangco’s bridal gown reminds us of one of Son Ye-jin's wedding outfits
Dominique Cojuangco has been sharing some snaps from her grand wedding with businessman Michael Hearn and we can’t help but notice her simple yet beautiful bridal gown.
The only daughter of actress Gretchen Barretto and businessman Tonyboy Conjuangco looked ethereal in a creation by none other than Elie Saab, whose dreamy pieces have been worn by the likes of Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Angelina Jolie, Emily Blunt, among many other famous faces in the international scene.
Dominique tagged the Lebanese designer in one of her wedding posts and her chosen frock easily reminded us of what Korean actress Son Ye-jin wore in her wedding announcement with her husband, Korean actor Hyun Bin in 2022.
Also an Elie Saab number, Ye-jin’s ball gown is part of the renowned designer’s Spring 2022 bridal collection. According to its official website, it’s “fully embroidered with sequins, beads, and organza flowers cascading onto the skirt,” balanced out with a square neckline and grosgrain belt. It bears an uncanny resemblance to Dominique’s wedding outfit, doesn’t it?

Dominique and Michael tied the knot on March 4 at San Agustin Church in Manila, followed by a stunning reception at the National Museum of Natural History. Elevating the entire venue was highly sought-after event stylist Gideon Hermosa.
The married couple crossed paths when they were both studying at British School Manila, but their romance only started blooming in 2018. They announced their engagement in October 2021.
