Dominique Cojuangco’s wedding with businessman Michael Hearn on Saturday, March 5 was nothing short of dreamy.

The only daughter of businessman Tonyboy Cojuangco and actress Gretchen Barretto got married at San Agustin Church in Manila, followed by a reception at the National Museum of Natural History.

Only a few photos have been shared on their big day as of this writing, but we’ve already fallen in love with several details we’ve come across so far on social media. Here are some of them.

Simple yet striking wedding outfits

The couple’s modern wedding outfits easily caught our eye. Dominique looked ethereal in her wedding ball gown featuring romantic hints in the form of dazzling beads and sequins, which she matched with her hair down and some bling. Michael, meanwhile, went for a Barong Tagalog with contemporary touches from the intricate patterns embossed in it.

We also particularly loved the green outfits of Dominique’s bridesmaids, which easily complemented the couple’s chosen ensembles and the wedding’s overall theme.

Wedding reception at a museum

The fact that the wedding reception was held at a museum made the love-filled affair quadruple times more magical. Adding some oomph to it was the brilliance of event stylist Gideon Hermosa.

White gray flowers surrounded the venue from the inside to the outside, not to mention that they matched Dominique’s bridal flower bouquet at the wedding ceremony. They looked like the perfect companion to the stunning architecture of the reception venue.

Talk about eye-catching details!

Unconventional cake

A towering cake is one of the main attractions of a wedding, but the couple decided to go for a wide one-layer cake decorated with berries and flowers. Looks good, doesn’t it?

The couple opted for a one-layer cake instead of a traditional one.

Celebrity friends

Showbiz personalities perked up the event, including actress Ria Atayde and celebrity doctor Aivee Teo.

In an Instagram post, she expressed her love for Dominique and gave her warm congratulations to the newlyweds. “I’m always grateful for the friendship that we share and words can’t express how happy I am to see you enter this new chapter in your life as Mrs. Hearn,” she wrote, referring to Dominique. “Seeing you and Michael as a couple taught me the beauty of true love and genuine connection.”

“Here’s to the newly married couple. To Dom and Michael, I see love whenever I see the both of you together,” she added.

Actress Sofia Andres and her family also attended the love-filled affair.
