Mandaue's Isabel Luche leads the 2022 Miss Universe Philippines headshot challenge

Mandaue City's Isabel Luche has dominated the 2022 Miss Universe Philippine's first online voting competition: the Headshot Challenge.
Slaying with "skin and freshness for the Universe," the 22-year-old beauty queen nabbed the highest number of votes via the Miss Universe Philippines app.
"Some may doubt my ability, but I count myself fortunate that many have faith in my abilities and aspirations," she wrote on social media after the win. "We made it today for the headshot challenge, guys. Please accept my heartfelt gratitude for your constant love and support."
Pasay’s Celeste Cortesi and Roxas City’s Francheska Alexine Licanto Dadivas make up the Top 3 winners of the challenge, as announced by the pageant on Mar. 13.
The next challenge for the 50 delegates from around the country will be the "Introduction Video Challenge" launching on Mar. 14. Voting runs until March 15, 9 a.m. on the Miss Universe PH app and Kumu live-streaming account.
After a series of online competitions, which includes the swimsuit and runway walks, and an interview portion, the Top 30 queens will head to the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 coronation night on April 30.
Miss Universe Philippines 2021 winner and Miss Universe Top 5 placer, Beatrice Luigi Gomez, will crown her successor that night.
