A deep dive into the video-sharing app, you'll come across different trendsetters with different taste in fashion. After all, TikTokerists use the app as an outlet for expression and creativity. Lately though, we noticed that some digital creators are putting old and new fashion trends on the map.

Probably one of the easiest fashion item to get that effortlessly cool vibe, knitwear is fast-becoming an essential. While knits are often reserved for chilly days, it can be a stylish addition to your every day wardrobe rotation. From ribbed knit shirts for daytime, plushy separates for loungewear, or woven netting for night outs, knits have become a seasonal staple.
The easiest way to wear knits is by pairing it with denim jeans like Cheska or wearing an oversized cardigan like Camille. Meanwhile, our intern Kirsten paired her knit top with a plaid skirt, and Charm chose an Argle knit cropped top to wear over her white cropped top and high-waisted jeans.
On days when you want to look extra feminine and romantic, a clothing piece with tiny blooms of ditsy flowers is a great way to emulate that mood. TikTokerist Madison Lewis went for a high neckline dress with a streamlined silhouette, while intern Charm chose a ruffled cropped top to go with her black denim shorts.
Everyone's always raving about the ’90s trend, but this time, the early aughts are getting the spotlight from the fashionistas. Best known for its retro-meets-futuristic vibe, Y2K fashion draws inspiration from romantic comedies and pop culture, marking the era with splashes of brights, glitters, mesh, and anything that shows the belly button.
Dome Lipa modeled several looks that reimagined the decade, which included a Clueless-inspired pleated mini skirt. Our interns Enn and Cheska, on the other hand, dressed up in animal print tops to pair with their skinny jeans, and Camille opted for a monochromatic cropped top and baggy pants.
