Heart Evangelista is a stunning bride for her birthday as she and Chiz Escudero renewed their wedding vows on Feb. 14.
On Instagram, the socialite shared a look at her wedding gown, which was made by renowned fashion designer Michael Leyva.
"Make a wish on an eyelash[.] [M]ay all our dreams come true #39," Heart wrote.
The gown features a sleeveless corset top connected to a long white skirt classic full skirt. The whole ensemble is covered in lace with flowers embroidered all over.
Heart wears the outfit with her hair sleek and up in a bun, and she complemented the look with silver bejeweled earrings and bracelets. To complete the bridal outfit, the socialite also donned her gorgeous diamond wedding ring.
On the eve of Feb. 14, Heart welcomed her birthday with her husband and close friends. The senator gave her a diamond ring hidden in a huge bouquet of roses.
Previously, Chiz told Karen Davila in an interview that they were exchanging "I do's" again after nine years since they tied the knot. Meanwhile, Heart said that the renewal of vows will happen on Balesin Island, the same place they wed in 2015.
"This time around, my heart is definitely complete," Heart said. "I was 30 when I got married, but it's different now."
"I know what marriage is now, so it's very meaningful for me," she added.
