Nike opens a ‘bigger, better, bolder’ store in Glorietta
Nike Glorietta just got a facelift!
After 21 years, Nike Glorietta sports a bigger and better look that bring greater experience, as it now becomes a one-stop-shop for footwear and apparel for men, women, and kids.
“The new Nike Glorietta has been designed to create experiences for our customers to be active,” said Tarundeep Singh, senior director Nike Stores, Southeast Asia & India. “A thoughtful attention has been paid to women and children to delight them with products and services that will encourage them to express themselves through dance fitness, running, yoga collection or as sneakerheads.”
Added Singh: “At Nike, we believe that everybody is an athlete. With informed and well-trained store athletes, 50% of who are women, we aim to create “meaningful retail” that will bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete.”
Here's what to look forward to in the new store:
Personalized services
To amplify the positivity of consumer experience, Nike Glorietta is offering member services for all your shopping needs.
There's the Women's First Hour, which is a one-on-one styling session with Nike's expert stylists. There's also the Style My Squad service groups of friends and family members. And finally, if you're looking for tights in particular, you can avail of the Tights Styling service to find the right pair for your sport and wellness needs.
Curbside Pickup is also available for shoppers. It's a hassle-free option if you want to pick-up your Nike gear at designated points within the mall.
Women's section
The women's section boasts a variety of athleticwear for every lifestyle. You can ask their experts to help you find the right product through their bra fitting and other stying services.
Kids section
For the little ones, Nike has activewear and athleisure styles designed to appeal to all children. There are sleepwear and shoes for babies and toddlers, and apparel and accessories for kids.
Footwear walls
Two huge shoe walls—one for women and kids, and another for men—are found within the store. The shoes are categorized according to style and use.
Men's section
Whatever your sport or workout, you can find something from Nike's range of men's active and leisure sportswear. Jerseys? They have those. Hoodies? Most definitely! Running gear? You bet they do!
Treadmill trials
Sure, you can try on the shoes, but at Nike Glorietta, you could test them. The store has a treadmill where you could try out your shoes prior to purchase. The store also includes about 65% of performance shoes like Vaporfly and Alphafly.
Unique and sustainable designs
Upon entering the fitting rooms, you'll be transported to what looks like a basketball court. The key element of their rooms are the floors—they're made of footwear scrap and other manufactured materials, which is Nike's initiative for sustainability and its commitment to zero waste.
