GALLERY: Bb. Pilipinas 2022 candidates don national costumes ahead of July 31 coronation

The Binibining Pilipinas 2022 candidates were a sight to behold in their respective costumes during the pageant's National Costume x Fashion Show event on July 16 at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.

The costumes—which comprise elaborate headpieces, ornate dresses, as well as other articles and accessories—depict the candidate's roots, as well as the country's rich culture and history.

The costumes were first displayed in an exhibit at Farmers Plaza from July 4 to 15. They will next be showcased at Gateway Mall today until the grand coronation night on July 31.

Winners will have the chance to represent the country in the Miss International, Miss Intercontinental, Miss Globe, and Miss Grand International pageants.
