Couple pulls off a 'Hometown Cha Cha Cha' prenup shoot in Cebu
Soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. Kier Bajamonde and Clareth Lauron both work in the same dentist clinic, so naturally, they decided to get into character while taking their engagement pictures—inspired by Hometown Cha Cha Cha no less!
If you remember, the recently-concluded Netflix K-drama follows Yoon Hye-Jin, a dentist from Seoul who moves to the seaside village of Gongjin. There, she meets jack-of-all-trades Hong Du-Sik or more popularly known as Chief Hong, and creates a love story that captured the hearts of many K-drama fanatics, including this Cebuano couple.
The theme of the prenup shoot seems fitting since the groom is a dentist by profession and the bride works as the marketing manager of his clinic, Bang Smile Doctor Dental Clinic. The pair also likened themselves to the people of Gongjin, whotake pleasure in the simplest things in life.
Lauron came up with the idea, but her fiancé was as excited with producing the shoot as well. "Truly, I'm one lucky bride for having a groom that's super game and hands on with this concept," the bride wrote on Facebook.
"If there's one thing we learned about this photo and videoshoot, it must be that 'You can do great as an individual, but you can achieve more when you work with the person you love and you love what you're doing,'" she added.
