The couple recently went Instagram official and both of their accounts are now a treasure trove of photos and clips of their activities together, where they are seen happy and in love.

Jo Koy recently finished a string of shows in New York and Washington, DC, while Chelsea made the media rounds in New York for her upcoming tour.

In his Instagram Stories, Jo posted a clip showing he is in New York. “I’m in New York with my love.” Chelsea then enters the frame and said “And he’s taking me to the Philippines.”

Jo panned the camera to the Philippine Center, which houses the Consulate General and the Philippine Mission to the US. He also showed the Philippine flag and said to Chelsea, “This is our flag now.”

Chelsea then responded with an impression of how Jo’s mom, Josie, lovingly calls him, “Josep!”

While in New York, Jo met Chelsea’s friends, actor Jason Biggs and his wife Jenny Mollen, and it looks like he got their approval. “It’s so nice for my friends to meet @jokoy. They’re all so relieved,” said Chelsea in her Instagram Stories.

Recently, Jo posted a video on Instagram, where he is trying to teach Chelsea how to cook chicken adobo, which he captioned, “Chelsea the Pinay.” The video was first posted on Chelsea’s Instagram right after they went Instagram official.

“I’ve had it before and it is delicious. This is something that I would like to know how to make,” said Chelsea.

Jo then proceeded with the step-by-step tutorial as they kept their banter going—from Chelsea dissing Jo for using a knife to pick up the onions to Joe complimenting Chelsea’s stirring skills, which she found “condescending.”

As they finished cooking, Jo also taught Chelsea how to use the spoon-and-fork combo while eating. And when she tasted their finished product, she said, “That’s good.”

Both Jo and Chelsea’s posts received love from their friends in the comedy circuit and celebrities like Kate Hudson, Mandy Moore, Eva Longorio and Bretman Rock.

But what’s adobo without rice? In an earlier video that the couple posted when rumors are still going around that they are dating, Jo taught Chelsea how to cook rice using the rice cooker he gave her as a gift.

You know you're Filipino when you measure the water for your rice using the first line on your finger.

He spilled the tricks on how to prepare the rice, which was a staple in his comedy routine. He also taught Chelsea the “secret” of Asians when measuring the water needed to cook the rice.

In a recent interview with the Today Show, Chelsea declared, “I’m in love and I just can’t shut up about it.”

She shared how their relationship came about, as they have been known to be very good friends for a long time.

“His (Jo’s) narrative is that we have a mutual crush on each other for a very long period of time, I don’t remember that,” she said in jest.

“I remember feeling he had a crush on me but now I do have a crush on him and the feelings have been reciprocated,” said Chelsea who described Jo as her best bud.

Chelsea, who is an open book when it comes to her previous relationships, said that she went to therapy and saw things with a different lens. She said she saw how Jo, who has been there all along, cared for her and she realized she liked him.

Jo and Chelsea  have been friends for quite a while now, dating back to when Jo was a panelist on Chelsea’s now defunct talk show Chelsea Lately from 2007 to 2014.

The couple went Instagram official through Chelsea’s post of a cute photo of her and Jo in an empty stadium, together with another photo where they share a sweet kiss.
