School may be out for the little ones now, but that doesn’t mean learning has to stop.
One way for your child to continue learning outside the classroom is by enrolling them in the McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop 2026: Vibe Squad that blends fun and hands-on learning.
Now in its 35th year, the five-day program lets kids discover how McDonald’s makes all the fun happen—from behind the counter to the dining area and beyond—in their Kiddie Crew uniforms, no less. They get to greet customers, assemble Cheeseburgers, and assist real crew members, among other hands-on activities aimed at improving their social skills and values.
Bianca Angeles, who now works in brand management, joined the Kiddie Crew in 2008 when she was just eight years old. Recalling her experience with PhilSTAR L!fe, she said she “liked how it was an avenue for me to meet new friends and gain fun memories during summer. I also loved seeing how my favorite McDo items were made.”
From the workshop, she learned many things that she’s able to apply now that she’s in the “real world,” like “being creative and resourceful in the things I do, and showing accountability for my responsibilities.”
Mother Marlyn Baarde, meanwhile, shared that the learning activity helped her child Mira “become more confident, responsible, and independent.”
“She learned the value of teamwork, listening, following instructions, and being respectful to others. It also gave her a glimpse of real-life responsibilities in a fun and engaging way,” she said.
The McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop 2026: Vibe Squad will run until June 26 and is open to kids aged 3 to 12.
Signing up your child for the workshop is easy—just visit a McDonald’s store near you and pay a fee of P1,150, inclusive of the workshop kit and five days of meals. Check out the full list of participating stores here.

To celebrate completing their Kiddie Crew journey, participants and their families can look forward to the much-awaited Kiddie Crew Vibe Squad Grand Graduation happening on May 30 to 31 at the World Trade Center. Expect an unforgettable celebration packed with exciting activities, fun-filled experiences, entertainment, and special moments as Kiddie Crew graduates come together to celebrate friendships, achievements, and the confidence they built throughout the program.
