LTO offers free Theoretical Driving Course to female applicants this March
Is it your goal to learn how to drive a car this 2025? The Land Transportation Office (LTO) is offering free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) to all female applicants nationwide this March.
The 15-hour program is a pre-requisite in the application for Student Permit, which you have to acquire before you get a non-professional driver's license. It covers progress, organization, and operation of the LTO, requirements, and process of getting a driver’s license, traffic regulations, defensive driving and road discipline, and proper driving skills.
It also teaches applicants how to park, scan danger to avoid a road crash, and solve basic car problems, among others.
The free TDC is one of the offerings this month under Philippine Commission on Women’s (PCW) “Serbisyo Para kay Juana” initiative in celebration of women’s month.
The LTO Central Office is holding free seminars from March 11 to 14, but if you weren’t able to secure a slot, numerous regional LTO offices are also offering it for the rest of the month.
