LIST: Yoga activities you can try in celebration of International Yoga Day

By Melanie Uson Published Jun 19, 2023 8:17 pm

One of the best forms of self-love is finding the time to keep yourself physically active. In this fast-paced world, it is easy to be caught up in all the stress and exhaustion of everyday workload.

If you’re looking for ways to unwind without breaking the bank and without having to move that much, yoga is the best way to go. This low-impact activity helps you meditate and concentrate by doing a series of poses that will not only benefit your core strength but more so, your mental health.

As we celebrate the annual International Yoga Day on June 21st, PhilSTAR L!fe rounded-up activities you can join for a productive and well-balanced week.
